In the Add Policy Page: Enter the document name and description. You can indicate whether the policy is currently active or applicable by setting its status.
Publishing Documents: Once all details are completed, click “PUBLISH” to make the document visible to all employees within the organization, or select “DRAFT” to save the document for later review. Please note that document in DRAFT Status will not be accessible to employees. You can also view, edit, or delete documents from the HR policy list.
