Administrators have the capability to set up alerts to notify employees about the expiration of essential documents, such as visas, passports, and other immigration-related documentation. This feature can be accessed under PIM > EMPLOYEE PROFILE > IMMIGRATION
To upload a document, click on “Add.” You will need to select the document type and provide relevant details, including the document number, validity period (start and end dates), and the review eligibility date. To activate the alerts, please ensure the “notify” checkbox is selected. This will prompt notifications to both the employee and the administrator on the specified date when the document is due for review.
It is important that the eligibility date is set prior to the expiration date. When establishing the eligibility date, please allow sufficient time for the renewal process of the document.
