Allocate employees to projects

To allocate employees to projects

Admin go to PIM > select the employee > Project.

Click on Add button

Under the Project Allocation, please provide the following details:

1. Enter the start date and end date for the employee’s allocation to the project.
2. Select the project from the existing list or add a new project (refer to the section “E stablishing Projects for Each Customer).
3. Choose the percentage of allocation and the activity that the employee will perform form the dropdown menu for Project Role.

Click on SAVE to confirm and save the project allocation details.
