Configuring Key Performance Results (KPIs)

Administrators can set KPRs based on job titles through the same menu path PERFORMACNE > CONFIGURE > KPIs):

1. Click on >>ADD>> to create a new KPI.
2. In the >>New KPI>> page, enter the necessary details, including: – Name of the KPR – Marking scale (for example, a value between 1 and 10) – Corresponding job title
3. Click on >>SAVE>> to add the new KPI.
